Lisa Spainhour
Principal Investigator
Dr. Lisa Spainhour, PhD, PE is the Principal Investigator (PI) and a Civil Engineering Professor at Florida State University. She also is the Director for the Center for Transportation and Public Safety.
Zoe Williams
Program Manager
Zoe Williams is the Program Manager. She both plans the future goals and oversees the support and development of ELVIS and its supporting applications in Florida.
Margaret Edwards
System Administrator
Margaret Edwards is the Systems Administrator. She is responsible for installing and maintaining hardware, ensuring operating system compliance with security policies, and administering firewalls and other security appliances.
